Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded electronically between the “Seller” (Nishtohum, Organize Sanayi, Izmir, Türkiye, siparis@nishtohum.com, +90 555 440 04 50) and the “Buyer” (Customer) placing an order through the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller website, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products and Payment

The product type, quantity, price and payment method are shown in the order summary approved by the Buyer. Prices on the site include VAT.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card through a licensed payment provider or by bank transfer. The Seller does not store card details.

Products marked “Ask for price” are sold at a price separately agreed between the parties.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered by the contracted carrier to the address provided by the Buyer. For delivery times and shipping terms, please see our Delivery & Shipping page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. For conditions and exceptions, please see our Cancellation & Return Policy page.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement fall under the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.
