Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Send your withdrawal notice to siparis@nishtohum.com or call +90 555 440 04 50.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products or goods whose protective packaging or seal has been opened and whose return would be unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons.
Seed products may be returned only if their original packaging is unopened and the product is unused.
Return Process
- Send your withdrawal notice through the contact channels above.
- Give the product, in its original packaging and with its invoice, to the carrier we specify.
- After we receive and inspect the product, the payment will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
The time required for a card refund to appear depends on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If the parcel is damaged at delivery, ask the carrier to record the damage before accepting it. We cover shipping costs for incorrect or defective products.
