Order Preparation

Orders are prepared on business days after payment confirmation and handed to our contracted carrier.

Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address. Busy periods and adverse weather may cause delays.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is calculated automatically from the order total and delivery address and is shown clearly in the cart and checkout summary.

At Delivery

• Check the outer packaging before accepting the parcel.
• If you find damage, do not accept the product and ask the carrier to prepare a damage report.
• Send the documented return notice to siparis@nishtohum.com .

Storing Seed Products

Store seeds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Improper storage may reduce germination rates.
