As the data controller, Nishtohum (the “Company”) provides this notice about the processing and protection of your personal data and your rights under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Identity data (name and surname), contact data (phone, email and address), customer transaction data (order history and request details), and legal transaction data.

• Managing contractual processes,
• Processing payments and invoicing,
• Providing information to authorized persons and authorities.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public bodies to meet legal obligations and with business partners, payment providers and carriers to operate our services, subject to Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
